If you wish to return your purchase for a replacement or a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Returns for Replacement or Refund:
- If there are any quality issues with your purchase, we will be responsible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
- If you wish to return your purchase for a reason other than a quality issue, we will not be responsible for the return or exchange. However, if your UAV components were damaged in the shipping process, please send us pictures of the damages within 3 days of receiving to support@emadrones.com and we will arrange for another to be shipped.
General Returns:
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- If you received the wrong item or the item you received is not what you ordered, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. Alternatively, you can return the product for a full refund, including the shipping and handling fee.
Note: Emadrones.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
